SHOAL BAY EAST is surrounded by hotels. The buildings that are visible from the beach are a blend of period and modern properties , have lots of charm and are well maintained. The natural beach environment consists of rocks and cliff faces and is stunningly beautiful. The sand is very fine and has a bright, white colour. The beach appears to be clean. The seawater is a beautiful shade of light blue and is clear. The water is very clean. SHOAL BAY EAST is long-stretched beach but it is quite narrow. The beach slopes somewhat. There is limited food and drink available for purchase on the beach. The beach can be accessed through an unpaved road. Therefore, beach parking is restricted.
